TCS is offering free 15-days Career Edge program aimed at Soft skills, resume writing, financing and AI.

Its self-paced, requires least efforts (1-2 hrs/day) and is mostly for soft skills. Intro to AI is only for 2 hours and the financial statements is relevant for all the engg. This program is open for all the years of UG and PG.
